  7. Secondary data collection and reconnaissance survey
  8. Approach & methodology for assessment of suitable technologies from different available options
  9. Design standards using CPHEEO Manual and relevant IS Codes
  10. Topographical survey for node to node and road alignment of road network
  11. Site identification and selection using different methods
  12. Civil, structure and E&M including Instrumentation design
  13. Detailed estimation using Bar-bending schedule for Concrete and Steel
  14. Coordination with Engineers and department staffs (Dimapur Municipal Corporations) for finalizing site identification and city profiling
  15. Preparation of Bill of Quantity and cost estimates (value of the project more than INR 58 cr.) using Nagaland Schedule of Rates (SOR latest), and where items not available, Rate-Analysis carried out using Nagaland SOR and DSR (latest).
  16. Detailed assessment and planning for IoT and PLC-SCADA system for project monitoring
  17. Preparation of Draft detailed project report (DPR) including BOQ, salient features, town profile; and drawings (survey, contours, Hydraulic-flow diagram, P&I diagram, component wise GAD etc.)
  18. E&M and Instrumentation design and BOQ of proposed items from Market (quotations)
  19. Operation and Maintenance (O&M) planning for overall infrastructure including revenue generation planning
  20. Capacity building plan for the Kohima Municipal Corporation including grievance-redressal mechanism
Coordination with UDD Department and other concerned department

Sump well with pump house 1 No. Boundary wall, Screen chamber for IPS 2 Nos., Generator room, Panel room 4 Nos. L.C.S. room 2 No. Pumping plant 2 nos.
